Special Characteristics |
The exterior of the builidng is a mix of EIFS and brick and contains a Kawneer glass curtain wall and spandrel metal system that makes the building a completely modern vision that is pleasing to the eye. The building includes a second floor mezzanine with an open view of the first floor. A central stair serves as an architectural focal point. The interior spaces of the facility are a mix of protoypical and functional office space, with many architectural upgrades that include solid birch doors and butt glazed glass vision panels. All of the offices look out over the atrium, which pulls light into the working areas. This fully sprinklered facility offers space as well as style that will endure for many years to come.
