Job Safety
The key word in every construction project is safety. Our safety program begins at the top of our organization. All of our superintendents have completed OSHA 10 training, with many having completed OSHA 30 and more extensive safety programs. Each project has a safety plan with measurable goals and everyone on the project team is responsible for meeting and exceeding those goals. In the end, the true effectiveness of our safety programs shows in our ability to contain safety-related costs. Stanker & Galetto maintains a regular schedule of safety training for all employees:
Certification courses include:
The company also maintains a CDL drug & alcohol program for all employees that drive company trucks, as well as a hazard communication program covering "right to know" issues. Subcontractor Safety Stanker & Galetto has an active system to ensure the suitability of subcontractors working on our project team. When we issue a subcontract, we go the extra mile to ensure our subcontractors can perform their role in the project to meet our high standards for quality and safety. For each subcontractor, Stanker & Galetto researches license, general liability insurance, additional insured endorsement and auto and worker's compensation policies. The goal of these practices is to oversee safety through active risk management and efficient and effective teamwork. Stanker & Galetto's Safety Statement
