Our design/build process allows us to fully understand the owner’s plan and streamline construction. The essence of design/build is that team ingenuity, quality, completion dates and costs can be brought firmly under control with one responsible party assuming oversight for the entire project. Strong commitments from high-level management, coupled with experience in blending good design and efficient construction methods, allows us to more accurately determine the guaranteed maximum cost.

U.S. Green Building Council - LEED

"Green building" is a practice that is transforming our industry. Stanker & Galetto is proud to join the more than 13,500 member organizations of the U.S. Green Building Council who are working towards the design, construction, and operations of buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable, and healthy places to live and work.

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), developed by USGBC, is a voluntary, consensus-based national rating system for developing high-performance, sustainable buildings.
